Onefy is an all‑in‑one AI‑powered productivity, creative, and growth marketing platform that provides tools such as AI generation, automation, analytics, research, content creation, and related business and marketing capabilities (collectively, the "Service").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including the Onefy website, applications, APIs, and related features.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

Onefy does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or non‑infringement of AI‑generated outputs.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting or generating User Content through the Service, you grant Onefy a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have all necessary rights to submit the User Content.

  • Your User Content does not violate applicable laws or third‑party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, models, interfaces, branding, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Onefy.

Billing

Free Trials

Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Refunds

Cancellation

If you use the Service for free, our liability is limited to $0.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onefy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your User Content or misuse of AI outputs.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or risk to the Service.
